Human Intelligence Humint Planner - METIS Solutions METIS is a Small Business providing training and education, intelligence analysis, and program management services to US government and commercial clients around the globe.

Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
TS/SCI clearance is required.
Responsibilities:

Shall use the Non-Classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPR), Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPR), and joint worldwide intelligence communications system (JWICS) to support required screening, counterintelligence (CI), cyber, counterterrorism (CT), security, insider threat, Force Protection (FP), Foreign Intelligence Entity (FIE), investigations, operations, and interviews in the form of reports, trend analyses, data queries, finished intelligence products, research, briefings, white papers, and other products as required and according to established standard operating procedure/plan (SOPs), protocols, and requirements
Shall prepare, develop, and brief all levels (strategic, operational, and tactical) of plans and orders using the Military decision-making process and the army design methodology in support of special population screenings, CI, cyber, CT, and security insider threat, FP, and FIE activities, as well as associated operations and support
Shall apply critical and creative thinking to develop, draft, publish, execute, track, and assess plans, operations, value, and risks
Shall integrate processes, staff, and multiple echelons, agencies, and organizations in support of planning and mission tracking
Shall develop and manage plans, battle rhythms, and other mission management, synchronization, assessment, and development tools using Army Doctrine Publication (ADP) 5-0 and Army Doctrine Reference Publication (ADRP) 5-0 as a guide
Shall anticipate requirements, plan, prepare, develop, chair, and assess operational planning teams (OPTs), in progress reviews (IPRs), working groups, conferences, formal and informal assessments and briefings to various audiences, to include senior leaders and decision makers, rehearsals, research efforts, systems analysis, military briefings, After Action Reports (AARs), and other planning, assessment, performance, and operational events and tools
Shall conduct coordination, deconfliction, and liaison with multiple echelons of CI, cyber, CT, law enforcement (LE), human intelligence (HUMINT), security, and other Federal, Department of Defense (DoD), Department of the Army (DA), and Intelligence Community agencies and organizations in the conduct of required support
Shall also complete short-suspense actions in response to urgent Government requirements
Shall develop, prepare, and brief comprehensive mission planning assessments, to include timelines, resource requirements and availability, gaps, impact, risk, and associated factors
Shall collate and prepare weekly and monthly mission status reports and other products and updates to address other relevant mission and statistical data, progress, summaries, trends, and results
Shall track, identify, and assess process and system gaps and develop and chair OPTs, Working Groups, etc.
, with appropriate stakeholders to improve/resolve gaps and mission/operational risk
Shall develop, coordinate, and assist in chairing staff, multi-Command, and multi-echelon IPRs to track mission progress, developments, emerging requirements, and issues
Shall, within 30 days of task order (TO) award, provide assessment of existing process and system gaps, associated stakeholders and risk, and a plan with associated timeline to improve/resolve within operational and fiscal constraints
Shall develop presentations, white papers, request for information (RFI) responses, program feasibility assessments, comprehensive mission projections and assessments, and other products in response to routine and urgent data calls and tasks
Shall maintain, monitor, and update tracking mechanisms, files, portals, and systems in support of special population document staffing, RFI tracking, product progress reports, trend analyses, data calls, CI activity status and disposition, and routine reporting requirements
Shall develop training materials and conduct training for newly hired/assigned Contractor and Government employees to perform all required support tasks
Shall conduct coordination, deconfliction, and liaison with lateral and higher Commands, CI, CT, LE, HUMINT, Security, and other Federal, DoD, DA, and Intelligence Community agencies and organization in the conduct of tasks

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
