Are you an Instructional Developer interested in developing innovative training materials? DCS Corp is seeking an Instructional Developer to design and develop complex-level interactive courseware for Army Force Protection Systems training and ensure the
integrity of task analysis, training requirements, training hierarchies, instructional materials, and evaluation plans.
This position is located at Fort Belvoir VA and require frequent travel to Fort Leonard Wood, Mo.
Essential Job Functions:
Convert complex-level written materials and training requirements into interactive courseware.
Develop flow diagrams and story boards and design instructionally sound complex-level lessons in a variety of delivery media.
Provide work leadership for junior employees without full supervisory responsibilities.
Interact with the customer and subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy of instructional content.
Create manuals, workbooks, and audio and video tapes and discs.

Requirements
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Must have a Secret level clearance.
Bachelor's degree plus 10
years of experience with developing training packages and requirements.
Ability to travel 50% of the time.
Ability to deploy to and work in austere environments.
Ability to develop and present briefings on complex subjects.
Knowledge of the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS).
Knowledge of and experience with System Training Plan (STRAP) development.
Ability to create training support packages and system training plans.
