Under general supervision, System Administrator will support in the installation, maintenance, and configuration of a Windows Server 2008 R2 environment including virtual VMware servers. Use knowledge of existing and new technologies to provide ideas and solutions to troubleshoot customer problems and improve efficiency within the environment. It is the role of the System Administrator to document, deploy, and support new and existing servers and enterprise applications to fulfill the requirements and objectives of the customer. The incumbent will interact with other server administrators to ensure overall functionality and availability of services. She/he will also work and troubleshoot to full resolution, issues submitted through the enterprise ticket system.
