Lead Systems Integrator needed for a contract to hire opportunity with Yoh's client located in Fort Belvoir, Virginia.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Become an SME in the systems used by DAU for Integrated Learning, Business Center, and Finance & Budgeting systems including database structures and use of data for reporting.
- Leads the strategy, plan development, and implement integrations between in-house custom and COTS systems to external custom and COTS systems
- Design ETL processes and develop source to target data mappings. Reviewing ETL processes, optimizing processes and maintenance, and ensuring implementation is completed according to schedule.
- Ensures the definition and implementation of infrastructure service level agreements required for solution development and implementation.
- Assess system and system technical documents and propose recommendations to Program Manager for best practices for ease of Maintenance and Functional use for integrations.
- Develop system integration documents such as SRS, SDD, ICDs, Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs), and others in accordance with AT&L Life Cycle Management system.
- Develop level of efforts for integration and web service tasks such as development, testing, and documentation of the web service.
- Coordinates with the Testing Lead to facilitate the testing of integration and web service including writing use cases, developing scripts and testing the systems.
- Supports the testing process by tracking all bugs/defects (excluding those relating to portal development); working with Functional Leads, Functional Analysts and other subject matter experts to prioritize their resolution; and overseeing the resolution process.
- Works with the Data Conversion manager to ensure proper conversion of data from Legacy systems.
- Manages and ensures the resolution of integration/interface/data conversion and reporting team risks, issues and problems. Reviews all work performed/delivered by team members and vendors (including Functional Analysts and other SMEs assigned to support integration activities).
- Shadows SIS vendor resources to facilitate knowledge transfer, particularly of interface architecture and tools as well as configuration and data conversion target schemas and tools.
- Updates integration/interface documentation to reflect specification changes as result of testing/deployment activities. Maintains configuration control of all integrations documentation.
- Provides status reports to the Project Manager and to develop and update project plans in MS Project and include resource estimates.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.
- 10-15 years of related systems engineering experience.
- Database and warehousing experience with SQL 2012 and Oracle
- Designing and developing integrations between system that may or may not have open APIs
- Experience in designing and developing SOAP and REST web services
- Experience with Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL) tools
- Ability to assess technical documents such as System Requirements Specifications (SRS), System Design Documents (SDD), and Interface Control Documents (ICDs)
- Experience with the Integrated Defense Acquisition Technology and Logistics(AT&L) Life Cycle Management System and ability to produce documents required by it
- Familiarity with developing and interpreting Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs)
- Experience with integrating Legacy GOTS systems with 2014 COTS technologies.
