TASC is seeking a GEOINT subject matter expert to support the Product Director, TENCAP located at Ft. Belvoir. Candidate must be knowledgeable of general systems engineering techniques and how to apply those techniques. The candidate shall provide and comprehend user needs and concepts of operation across the full spectrum of Intelligence operations, command and control, counter-insurgency, and coalition operations. The candidate shall possess recent (within last 5-years) experience with Operation New Dawn (OND) and Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) for Army and Joint Command operations. The candidate shall cite differences and similarities between different engagements under CENTCOM and other Major Army Commands (MACOMS). The candidate shall possess the experience and system engineering expertise to project the level of operations required for urban areas, challenging terrain locations, remote operations at small unit level, and broad spectrum of intelligence disciplines. The candidate shall represent the Army at Community forums and interface with DoD and IC Research and Development activities to ensure emerging technologies and capabilities are assessed for their utility to support Army operations. Candidate must be capable of working as a member of a team or individually. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to monitor emerging technologies and initiatives to integrate new capabilities into current and future Army intelligence enterprise architectures. Travel will be required to support PD TENCAP and stakeholder organizations, anticipate approx 25% travel to both CONUS and OCONUS locations.Minimum Requirements:
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE/IN-HAND TOP SECRET SCI SECURITY CLEARANCE
Energetic and Initiative Oriented
Must have Bachelor's Degree with 7-9 years of GEOINT experience.
Understanding of GEOINT intelligence analytical methods and sources
Experience supporting the IC and/or DoD Tactical Customers
Ability to work with a multi-disciplined team
Possess a strong working knowledge of all Microsoft applications and commonly used analytic software tools (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Desired Skills
Clearance in ACAVS preferred.
Army background is preferred
Master's Degree in a technical relevant field
Recent Military experience as a GEOINT analyst (within last 2 years)
Intelligence Operational Planning experience at the Army Division and Corps levelsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
