About the Position: This position is located in US ARMY CERDEC, Night Vision and Electronic Sensors Directorate, Operations Division, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060

Develop and plan Division Fiscal budget and manpower requirements for Science and Technology Division (S&TD;)
Support program budget through developing, coordinating, and maintaining responses to financial request on NVESD obligation, disbursement, accruals from external agencies and higher headquarters.
Support technical program leads in addressing reporting requirements for execution reviews.
Update and maintain relevant Army Manpower documents and ensure the accuracy, quality, timeliness, and completeness of Labor Costing.
Document NVESDs financial position by accurately updating and maintaining various financial database and reports.
Maintain the Division obligation plan in order to respond to information requests and serve as the information source on program planning and reporting requirements.
Provide Fiscal Law guidance to Night Vision Leadership as requested.
Maintain and track all labor costing, update all civilian pay in ATAAPS, ensuring proper funding is applied as well as the correct number of hours charged.
Prepare Military Interdepartmental Purchase Request (MIPR)
Maintain/reconcile a Government Purchase Card
Review current and prior year funds commitments, obligations and disbursements to recognize errors and discrepancies, research and resolve errors.

Experience required: To qualify based on your work experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
