Responsibilities:
Position Description:
Perform program schedule analysis to include: Metrics, Critical path, Float, and schedule variances and report out on findings. Build and maintain a program/project level Integrated Master Schedule which includes major milestones and deliverables from OEMS and Gov''t sources. Monitor OEM schedule performance to include weekly and monthly variances. Provide PM Management with detailed schedule analysis as requested. Collaboratively identify process improvements and develop action items; Monitor and ensure the completion of such action items. Attend required PM and OEM meetings to include: Cost Performance Reporting, Scheduling Meetings and Program Management Reviews as requested. Act as the scheduling SME and mentor the program staff with regards to scheduling Support the PM/PdM, DPM/DPdM, PDs and PLs with Integrated Master Schedule as requested. Propose processes that will aid Integrated Scheduling and understand the impacts of any changes to deliver full capability to PM.

Qualifications:
BA or BS degree in Business Management from an accredited college or university, plus thirteen (13) or more years of progressive and relevant experience in field, including demonstrated specialist skills.
Must demonstrate oral and written communication skills that commensurate with position requirements.

Years Project Management experience supporting Army & Marine Corps Acquisition programs
19
years of experience in electro-optics and laser programs (air and ground programs)
Six Sigma Certification (Black Belt)
Acquisition Program Management DAWIA Level II equivalent training and experience
A thorough understanding of the Microsoft Office application suite including Sharepoint
An Understanding, experience and leadership skills required to influence contractors, government civilians and military
An active security clearance
Physical Requirements:
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require filing, typing, and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, included but not limited to: bending, reaching, turning and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distances may be required.
Work Environment:
Generally an office environment, but can involve inside or outside work depending on task. An inside environment may be a cubicle (considerations: close quarters, low to moderate noise, bright or dim lighting). Outside work may include various environmental conditions including warm and cold climates. Needs to be able to work well with co-workers and all levels of management. No hazards on job or unusual environmental conditions. Office is located off site at: Fort Belvoir, VA.
Equipment and Machines:
Ability to operate office equipment such as a personal computer, printer, copy machine, telephone, fax machine and other equipment including desk supplies and other work related tools as required.
Attendance:
Work hours are normally 8 hours per day and 5 days per week, Monday-Friday. Regular attendance of scheduled hours is extremely important, but not critical, except for deadlines and meetings. Punctuality and regular attendance are necessary to meet deadlines. Must exhibit flexibility of work hours to adjust to surge situations based on critical mission requirements.

Essential Functions:
Must demonstrate professional behavior at all times when dealing with customers, management and co-workers. Must have clear, concise and accurate communications skills in English, both verbal and written. Grooming and dress must be appropriate for the position and must not impose a safety risk to employees or others. Must maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a professional manner. Independent personal transportation to office or work site is required. Travel to and from customer's locations and the test fields may be required to support projects. This may involve airline travel. In some cases, accommodations can possibly be made for POV, if necessary. When operating any vehicle for work purposes, must wear seat belt and in addition, no cellular devices are to be used when vehicle is in motion.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
