Description
KeyLogic is expanding our Intel team! We are searching for an experienced Digital Network Exploitation Analyst with an active Department of Defense TS/SCI clearance - preferably with a CI Poly.
Journeyman (8
yrs experience)
SIGINT experience required and network admin experience a plus.
Specific position description is classified. General Requirements:
Conduct research and development as well as advanced analysis of SIGINT collection and open/all source data to ensure target continuity, create target profiles, track target activities, and develop strategies/techniques to gain increased target knowledge/information. The result of ongoing analytical research and discovery on assigned target will drive input to collection improvement methodologies, the development of new tools, and analytical techniques for improving mission efficiency and ultimately improvement on finished SIGINT end products. Examine and document foreign target knowledge, to include: Technologies, TTPs, metadata, message externals, and message content to determine how targets communicate, move, operate, and live.

Possess a working knowledge to select, build, and develop valid and justified queries of SIGINT DNR and DNI databases such as DISHFIRE, MAINWAY, FASTSCOPE, ASSOCIATION, XKEYSCORE, PINWALE, ANCHORY, TUNINGFORK, MARINA, BANYAN, CISCOROUTE, CYBERQUEST, CROSSBONES, WIRESHARK, and other associated databases. Apply analytical techniques to research and discover content carried in target communications (DNR and DNI) for relevancy. Evaluate target intelligence value, maintain target continuity, and ensure continued collection.

Apply geospatial analysis techniques to identify, locate, track and accurately report target activities. Use data from networks of all forms to target development. Analyze new communications technologies to develop analytical tools to exploit them and assist in developing new signal collection tools. Coordinate with counterpart organizations within the IC and DoD. Produce and deliver time-sensitive as well as serialized SIGINT reports (EGRAMS), RFI responses, tip-offs, briefings, report visualizations, and assessments to meet agreed upon suspense between the Government and the contract team lead. Recommend courses of action to tasking new selectors to maximize target intelligence.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
