Quality Control Manager

Serve as the Quality Control Manager for a large Facility Operations and Maintenance Support contract in the Washington Metropolitan Area in support of an Intelligence Community customer. The QC Manager will be responsible for leadership of the quality program, decision making and management of work requirements utilizing a skilled team in an environment that requires flexibility, adaptability, and responsiveness. The QCM shall be responsible for the overall management and implementation of internal quality and serve as the central point of contact for quality matters.
RESPONSIBIILTIES
Have full authority and responsibility for assuring performance objectives and standards identified in the Base Operating Services contract are met
Manages and maintains Quality Management policies and procedures using ISO 9001:2000 Standards
Defines inspection procedures for all areas of the project to include: Facility O&M;, Facility Engineering, Site Maintenance, Logistics, Security Operations, and Environmental, Health and Safety as well as other functional areas listed in the Performance of Work Statement
Maintains an audit schedule and performs audits of procedures, reporting requirements, plans, programs and records
Records data and analyzes performance criteria, and reports on compliance to customer contract and QMS standards and requirements
Tracks deficiencies and works with management to define corrective action plans and close out deficiencies
Collects and analyzes data to determine trends
Prepares and provides reports to management
Ensures quality-related training is provided to PAE employees
Implement and maintain an effective management system for efficient operations
Works closely with Functional Area Managers and Government Performance Assessment Representatives
Key responsibilities on contract performance include adherence to company and government processes, regulations, and statutes, managing the people leadership of the organization to include direction of work assignments and staffing of positions with qualified personnel, interfacing with client's contracting office leadership, and achievement of key financial measures

Performs other duties as assigned
The QCM shall have a minimum of five (5) years' experience as a QCM supporting a program of a program exceeding $100M and 2 Million square feet of facility space
The QCM shall have hands on knowledge and experience in, as a minimum, the following areas: Progress Control, Quality Data Analysis, and Statistical Sampling
Demonstrated successful performance managing a QC program for a mission critical 24/7 operation
Experience working within the Intelligence Community for at least 5 years
Must possess a TS/SCI clearance with a Lifestyle Polygraph
Preferred Skills/ Attributes:
PMP Crtification
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
Experience using ARCHIBUS and/or MAXIMO
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering (or related disciplines) from an accredited institution
