o Consult directly with Department-level leadership.o Utilize the Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) and Microsoft SharePoint to facilitate actions.o Manage multiple projects and priorities, and initiate follow up to ensure timely achievement of commitmentsDistribute, track, and consolidate action items to appropriate program and/or department staff elements.o Perform complex tasks involving the gathering, analyzing, and compiling of data and information into well-written reports and presentations, to support decision-making.o Evaluate, integrate, analyze, and interpret information in conjunction with other DTRA staff elements.o Keep department/division leadership and department staff informed of relevant organizational events.o Includes working in close coordination with other RD leadership and Directorate/department personnel; synchronizing and coordinating efforts across all RD teams; providing coordination and liaison with other contractors assigned to DTRA RD to facilitate decisions by leadership and action responses.o Review, screen, control, maintain records, and coordinate responses on incoming correspondence or actionsRequirements Security Clearance Requirement:
Active/current Secret clearance minimum with the ability to obtain/maintain a TS/SCI is requiredRequired
Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.o 8-10
years of experience working in or supporting DoD or other Government Agencies.o Experience supporting DoD senior leadership (Colonel/GS15 or above).o Demonstrable experience managing senior-level operations functions.o Demonstrated ability to effectively multi-task and manage multiple competing priorities.o Strong interpersonal skills with a track record for effectively operating and engaging with leaders & employees at all levels of the organization.o Advanced computer skills in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams) and demonstrated competency to manipulate, integrate, translate, manage and rationalize large volumes of data and files.o Experience with tasker management systems, such as CATMS, ETMT2, or a similar tasking platformPreferred
Qualifications:
