Job Description:
The NOC/ Cyber Threat Operation Center Incident Manager will support the duties of the NOC; work with the NOC or shift lead(s) to execute and enhance NOC SOP s.
Responsibilities include:
Manage, coordinate, track, audit, report, process, assign and work tickets daily and across shiftsManage, coordinate, implement and remediate security compliance & vulnerabilitiesProvide system and application diagnoses to remediate issues while engaging other teams as neededProvide compute resource system and application monitoring & remediation supportProvide advanced system and application access management supportSupport and coordinate the implementation of middleware products, COTS, GOTS, and FOSSServe as Tier 3 service desk escalation support to customers and application ownersProvide and coordinate Tier 2 and 3 technical support to application teamsProvide Tier 3 troubleshooting support for physical and virtual based server systemsProvide Tier 3 troubleshooting support for desktops, laptops and other related hardwareDay shift role, but must have flexibility in hoursHere's what you need:
Minimum 8 years of experience in a network operation centerMinimum 3 years of experience leading support in a 24 x 7 operationMinimum 1 year xperience with cyber security tools such as Microsoft Sentinel or SplunkMust be available for on-call support as required, and have flexibility in hoursBachelor s degree or additional 4 years of cloud infrastructure experienceDoD 8570 Compliant with IAT Level 1 certificationBonus points if you have:
ITIL v3.
0 or Foundation Certifications highly recommendedMicrosoft Sentinel experience requiredMicrosoft and/or Red Hat certifications highly desiredExperience in Grafana or equivalent incident response toolExperience with an incident tracking system desiredSecurity Clearance:
An active TS/SCI clearance is required to startCompensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
