We are hiring a Program Manager to support a U.
SArmy information technology infrastructure programThe project includes conducting survey and design, engineer, furnish, install, secure, and test (EFIS&T) solutions to include non-secure internet protocol router (NIPR), secure internet protocol router (SIPR), Wi-Fi, Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), Inside Plant (ISP), Outside Plant (OSP), and Voice Modernization at U.
SArmy Base/Post/Camp/Station (B/P/C/S) across the Continental United States (CONUS)
Qualifications:
o Bachelor s degree in business administration, economics, computer science, engineering, or relevant degreeAn additional four (4) years of relevant experience allowed in lieu of a degree.
o 10 years of relevant program/project management experience, with at least 3 years managing large, complex, and geographically distributed projects.
Program Management Professional certification required Must be located within a 30-mile radius of Fort Belvoir, VA and available onsite at customer office.
Demonstrated ability to interface with management and brief senior leadership on status of program status and risks (both technical and programmatic).
Has an in depth understanding of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Information Management (C4IM) in support of the Department of Defense.
o Active Top Secret/SCI required Duties:
o Provide technical and management oversight from inception to deployment, of multiple complex projects.
Provides guidance and direction in multiple tasks across several different discipline areas and including use of different technologies.
o Manages program/technical support operations potentially involving multiple projects/task orders.
Organizes, directs, and coordinates planning and execution of all program/technical support activities.
Drafts, analyzes, integrates, review, and provides recommendations for program milestones and other documentation IAW Government, DoD and U.
SArmy regulations.
Recommends resolution of issues for program milestone decisions.
Prepares, reviews, and delivers required reports and plans to include Project Management Plan, status reports, briefing material, and other contract deliverables.
Provides project support for reviews, conferences, briefings, and associated meetings.
Provides recommendations for planning, organizing, managing critical aspects of the development, production and/or deployment of capabilities.
Develop, coordinate, and synchronize staff actions with Government, matrix, and support Contractor personnel responsible for the project process and deployment.
Develop data collection methods and tools to monitor status and provide updates when changes occur.
o Performs other project management tasks as required.
