COUNTERING THREAT NETWORKS PROJECT MANAGER with Security Clearance

Duties As a COUNTERING THREAT NETWORKS PROJECT MANAGER at the GS-0301-12/13 some of your typical work assignments may include:
o Manage and monitor the development of tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) for countering threat networks associated with WMD-related infrastructures.o Assess anticipated TTP effectiveness through consultation with the Program Manager and the project managers who employ related technology.o Develop project plans, objectives, priorities, and milestones.o Defend project plans and budgets and recommend redirection or termination of existing activities to maximize quality of work and facilitate completion of high-priority activities.o Provide the Program Manager with pertinent information and recommendations from a fiscal perspective to assist with future financial decisions.o Perform cost assessment, planning, and scheduling of all project activities and monitor commitment, obligation, and expenditure rates.o Develop required programmatic and fiscal documentation to support project planning, programming, and budgeting systemsFormulate detailed cost estimates for proposed activities and prepare task statements.o Assist the Program Manager in coordinating with Combatant Commands and Services to obtain support in creating realistic environments and scenarios for technology demonstrations and T&E effortsRequirements Conditions of Employmento Must be a U.SCitizeno The incumbent is expected to be available for weekend travel, weekend layovers during travel, and long hours while in travel status.o Work Schedule:

Expert knowledge of the operations of industrial infrastructures and familiarity with associated networks and systems to facilitate development of state-of-the-art CWMD technologies.o Expert knowledge of a wide range of qualitative and quantitative analytical and evaluative methods/techniques in order to assess and improve program effectiveness and evaluate complex management processes and systems.o Expert knowledge of Project Management principles/practices in order to develop project action plans, establish milestones, anticipate timeline challenges, ensure compliance with project requirements, analyze cost/schedule/performance factors, and establish effective working relationships with project owners and stakeholders.o Expert knowledge of and experience in delivering management and programmatic assistance in order to deliver suitable options, alternatives, briefings, papers, standard operating procedures, and contingency plans.o Expert knowledge of and skill in selecting and managing SMEs in scientific disciplines such as biology, physics, and chemistry to ensure effective team collaboration and superior resultsYou may qualify at the GS 12, if you fulfill the following
