Foundry Training Strategy Analyst This position requires an active TS/SCI security clearance Cherokee Preting is seeking exceptionally qualified Training Strategy Analysts to develop training doctrine, Mission Essential Tasks and Military Intelligence Training Strategy for INSCOM unitsThe Training Strategy Analyst will leverage current and emerging training methodologies and standards for incorporation within doctrinal policies and procedures and utilize best practices and lessons learned within training and doctrine development cycleCompensation &

o Develop, maintain, and / or deliver training material to drive intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standardso Provides lesson plans, presentations, and curricula in support of educational goals and maintains materiel within the assigned educational system (i.
eAGILE, Training Development Capability (TDC), etc.
)o Review emerging policy and doctrine publications, provides feedback, and assesses for incorporation into training productso Develop and maintain training records and tracking systems as required or designated by the Governmento Develop Mission Essential Tasks (MET) and MI Training Strategy for INSCOM units, including developing supporting collective tasks with associated Training and Evaluation Outlines (T&EOs)o Develop training Circulars for Above Corps (EAC) unitso Develop training doctrine by incorporating multiple DA regulations and policy papers.
o Leverage current and emerging training methodologies and standards for incorporation within doctrinal policies and procedureso Performs other job-related duties as assigned Foundry Training Strategy Analyst Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
o Minimum of eight (8) years of Army Military Intelligence experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last two (2) yearso Bachelor's degree desiredo Experience in MI systems architectureo Familiarization with ATRRS, DTMS, Army Training Networko Experience in Army staffing actions, including OPORD, EXORD, and white paper formulationo In-depth knowledge and understanding of the activities required to meet mission requirementso Mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and staying updated on developments in relevant fieldso Ability to define comprehensive, innovative research approaches to contribute to high-level taskso Ability to demonstrate In-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues, effectively communicating key findingso Ability to work independently and with minimal oversighto Ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusionso Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal Company Information:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
