Cloud Administrator with Security Clearance

Mindbank has a great opportunity for an experienced and cleared Cloud Administrator.
This position is direct hire with stellar benefits and a salary of up to $135,000.
Candidates must have minimally a Secret clearance and possess a Sec
certificate.
Work is hybrid - onsite in Fort Belvoir, VA, two (2) days per week; candidates should live within a reasonable commuting distance from Fort Belvoir.
In this position supporting the Army, you will be implementing, monitoring, and maintaining proof-of-concept and operational solutions within cloud environments, primarily Azure (AWS will also be required).
You will deploy, administer, and manage solutions by configuring services, managing compute resources, monitoring resource and log analytics, troubleshooting issues, etc.
, and oversee compute, storage, network, and security within the cloud environment, configure networks, implement backup and disaster recovery strategies, and manage solution components.
You will be relied on to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
Here are some of the responsibilities you'll have.
Have you done similar work before? o Monitor, configure, and optimize performance and availability of Azure & AWS Cloud Serviceso Implement, manage, and monitor Windows Server Update Service in both Azure and AWS environmentso Effectively implement security measures through Security Groups, VPNs, Firewalls and other Cloud & 3rd Party tools for Azure Cloud & AWS Serviceso Use version control systems and configuration management tools such as Jenkins, Git, Ansible, SaltStacko Create, implement, and manage scripts to automate processes, activities and infrastructure on both Windows & Linux Operating Systems as well as in Azure & AWS Platforms, using tools like PowerShell, BASH, AWK, SED, Perl, ARM, Azure CLI and Terraformo Apply DoD STIGs and Group Policy Objects to Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server, MS SQL Server, and RedHat OS In order to be considered for this position, you must have at least six (6) years of paid, professional experience similar to the above responsibilities.
A bachelor's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or another relevant major is preferred.
Your experience must include the following and should be detailed in your resume:
o Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience with Azure Cloud Serviceso A minimum of four (4) years Managing Windows and Linux Serverso At least three (3) years utilizing Version control systems and configuration management and tools such as Jenkins, Git, GitHub, Puppet, Ansibleo Three (3) years creating, implementing, and managing scripts to automate processes and activities in a Windows OS and Cloud (Azure & AWS) environments, such as provisioning, configuration management, and managing Cloud resources using tools like PowerShell, bash, awk, sed, Perl, yum, rpm, ARM, Azure CLI & Terraform.
o Two (2) years of experience applying DoD STIGs and Group Policy Objects to Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server, MS SQL Server, and RedHat OS Recommended Skills Awk (Programming Language) Active Directory Group Ansible Automation Bash (Scripting Language) Configuration Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
