Information Assurance Officer

, an Employee-Owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company, looking for a qualified individual to serve as Computer Lab (SIPR) Coordinator at the Army Force Management School (AFMS).
The primary function of the job is to maintain the accreditation of the Computer Lab (SIPR) Room (rated for Secret classification), coordinate use of the facility by authorized users, enforce Army policies and regulations on handling classified information and other issues that may impact on the school.
Additionally, the position requires knowledge of Information Technology (IT) and Information Assurance (IA) in support of AFMS.
The /IF's duties include, but are not limited to:
Perform duties as the organization's Information Assurance / Security Officer (IA/SO) Operate and maintain the Computer Lab (SIPR) Room (opening, closing and operating classified information systems) Coordinate and maintain Computer Lab (SIPR) Room accreditation IAW DoD, Army and Fort Belvoir policies and procedures Maintain SIPR accreditation and certification documentation up to date Maintain current status on all SIPR workstations, report inoperative systems to the supervisor Coordinate computer support with onsite IT Help Desk and the Network Enterprise Center (NEC) for all SIPR Room computers Prepare work order requests for issues dealing with SIPR network Write and maintain assigned chapters/sections for the AFMS Admin Standing Operating Procedures (SOP) for SIPR Room and overall facilities.
Prepare reports and briefings as required.
Places tickets in the NEC's Remedy System when required Coordinates IA required training for all contractors assigned to this contract Maintains the Tenant Security Plan (TSP) Required Skills Must be a US Citizen.
Must possess and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
Three-to-five years' experience in support of military sector Three-to-five years' experience working customer service in an organization (corporate or military) Knowledgeable and experienced in handling IT systems (Security
certification desired) Must be able and willing to plan, coordinate, integrate, and prepare staffing actions at the high-quality standard.
Ability to work in team settings, communicate, and collaborate with multiple organizations.
Excellent oral communications skills.
Excellent written communications skills with the ability to write reports and briefings.
Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
Willingness to complete tasks as assigned.
Ability to demonstrate initiative, multi-task, and prioritize to meet multiple consecutive deadlines.
Proficiency with the MS Office Suite, especially Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel and Teams.
Required Education:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
