Overview LMI is looking for a Program Analyst for a U.

Army client to support the Global Force Information Management (GFIM) project.
The Program Analyst will provide leadership and guidance on budget, requirements, and schedule in an Agile framework.
Work location is client site, Fort Belvoir, VA.
Note:

Evaluate and provide comments/recommendations on program and reporting documents and briefings, including Defense Business System (DBS) statutory reporting, Defense Acquisition Execution Summary (DAES), Program Status Review (PSR), Configuration Steering Board (CBS) Review, Program Executive Officer Enterprise Information System Quarterly Performance Review (PEO EIS QPR), etc.
Operations Management and Support Action Officer operations and GFIM Schedule coordination Briefing Development and Support Assist Government representative(s) in the management and oversight of the PM ARDAP SharePoint Acquisition requirements development, training, data migration, and configuration management of artifacts, e.

Acquisition Documentation, Acquisition Milestone and Decision Reviews, Acquisition Reporting and Program Reviews, Program Schedule, etc.
GFIM Acquisition Task tracking Facilitate GFIM Staff Meeting and preparation GFIM Reporting Review Management Acquisition Documentation Development and Tracking Understand the internal happenings in the program, and be able to align the budget, schedule, and requirements against the business directives Translate the business directives to spending plans and Program Objective Memorandum's (POM) Understand Agile and how to solve business directives with an agile understanding Qualifications Required:
BS.
Degree in Business, Engineering, or other Related discipline 10
years of Army Acquisition Program Management, Systems Engineering, experience ACAT Level I, II, or III experience with Program Office, and DoD Acquisition Management background Knowledge of DoD 5000.
75 Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project, and Power Point.
Desired:
Knowledge of DoD 5000.
87 Agile Certification DAWIA level II Program Management certification Recommended Skills Agile Methodology Business Informatics Configuration Management Data Migration Engineering Information Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
