As we continue to grow our practice to serve the needs of our communies we are looking to add an experienced full-time Radiology Technologist to our teams at our new Arlington, VA location, our Fairfax, VA location, and our Lorton, VA location.
We are also looking too add a Part Time Radiology Technologist at our Reston, VA.

Life is too short not to work somewhere awesome!Primary Job Responsibilities/Tasks:
Prepares patients for radiologic procedures.
Protects patient, self, and other staff from radiation hazards.
Takes X-rays following established procedures for patient care and safety.
This involves setting up and operating radiographic equipment used in the medical diagnosis and/or treatment of patients and includes infection control procedures.
Selects proper ionizing factors for radiological diagnosis.
Adjusts/sets radiographic controls.
Positions patients and takes X-rays of specific parts of the patient's body as requested by physicians.
Assess images (QA) to ensure the images meet standards per protocol.
Sends images to PACS.
Complies with safety standards.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education:
Associate's degree in Radiological Technology from an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
Other Requirements:
American Registry of Radiologic Technologist registration (ARRT) Current state (VA) Radiologic Technologist certificate or license.
Must be COVID-19 Vaccinated
Experience:
One to three years of experience as Radiologic Technologist, preferably in a medical or orthopedic practice environment.
Will consider new graduates contingent upon passing ARRT certification and applying for state license.
Knowledge and skills:
Knowledge of X-ray procedures and protocols.
Knowledge of anatomy and physiology necessary to perform X-ray procedures.
Knowledge of radiology equipment including safety hazards common to radiology.
Skill in identifying equipment problems and correcting or notifying supervisor.
Knowledge of infection control and radiological safety procedures.
Basic computer skills needed.
Equipment Operated:
Radiological equipment used for medical diagnosis and treatment.
Digital (DR) and Computed (CR) Radiography machines.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
