Technical Project Analyst (System Integrator)

The ideal candidates for this position have the ability to develop detailed acquisition strategies and project plans, task tracking products, milestone dates and decisions to ensure proper sequencing of events and budgets throughout the lifecycle management of rapid acquisition projects.
The applicant will serve as a primary action officer to coordinate the procedural and administrative efforts for the acquisition of technically focused Counter-Weapons of Mass Destruction (C-WMD) projects.
Responsibilities Monitors project cost, schedule, performance, milestones, and key events for multiple DTRA Research & Development (RD), CWMD Technologies Department (CX), Urgent Solutions Division (CXU) projects Coordinates with Service and Interagency Program Managers for DTRA funded projects to facilitate acquisition strategy to include development, evaluation, fielding, employment and ultimate transfer to service and interagency partners for lifecycle management Responsible for the justification, development, execution, and sustainment of DTRA Counter-WMD capabilities Serves as technical portfolio subject matter expert to maintain oversight and coordinate efforts of assigned projects while identifying and recommending actions to ensure each Counter-WMD project meets or exceeds cost, schedule and performance parameters and identified goals Develops Alternatives of Analysis (AOA's) and conducts novel market research to support CWMD and emerging threat solutions and Course of Action (COA) generation Prepares executive level General Officer/Flag Officer (GO/FO) briefing presentations in support of informational and decisional authority boards Authors quality acquisition support documentation, staffs and initiates timely workflow actions for sustainable capabilities, warfighter employment and solution protection Submits weekly/monthly summary of deliverables in support of contract performance requirements Leverages urgent and rapid acquisition policy guidance in support of customer decision making Identifies Risk and implements risk mitigation strategies to projects Manages task order contract deliverables and uploads to appropriate databases and repositories Performs other duties as required Requirements Must have an active TS/SCI clearance to be considered for this position Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Science, Finance or Mathematics with:

years' experience in relevant areas 3
years in a Department of Defense or Federal Acquisition focused position In lieu of Bachelor's degree, 14
years of relevant experience Possess understanding of Counter-WMD Research and Development, portfolio and project management Demonstrated experience in project management Preferred Program Management Professional (PMP) certification Preferred Defense Acquisition University Program Management Level 1 & 2 Demonstrated technical experience in one or more of the following areas Materials Science Directed Energy / Device Neutralization Hyperspectral Imagery (HSI) Electro Magnetic Spectrum (EMS) Electronic Warfare / Electronic Attack Sensors and/or Sensor Integration Extreme range WMD effects delivery Logistics effects WMD process effects A2AD reduction Non-destructive entry Precision CWMD Effects Unconventional CWMD Desired Qualifications Read, analyze, and interpret technical phenomenology, reports, legal documents, etc.
Prepare reports and presentations to company management and/or customer Respond to inquiries from customers, management, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community Recommended Skills Administration Business Administration Certified Project Management Professional Databases Decision Making Finance Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
