Program Planner / Scheduler (Mid-Level) with Security Clearance
Responsibilities Peraton seeks a Mid-Level Program Planner/Scheduler in support of Army's Intelligence and Security Command Headquarters (INSCOM), Cybersecurity Division working directly for the Division chief.
Location:
Fort Belvoir, VA.
Tasks include:
Support CSD leadership with updates to recurring and ad hoc briefings with senior leaders.
Evaluates existing business processes in an agile fashion for efficiency, effectiveness, and improvement; incorporating feedback from the team/customers to achieve optimization.
Develops dynamic task management and reporting procedures for global team of 70+.
Manages meeting support that includes developing presentations and facilitating discussions, documenting and tracking actionable items across collaborative platforms over three networks, unsecured, secure and joint intelligence.
Leads the division's effort to automate and visualize cybersecurity effectiveness, develop the program structure that can potentially be scaled to the entire command.
Qualifications Required
Qualifications:
o BS 8-10, MS 6-8, PhD 3-5, will consider HS+14 years additional experience in lieu of degree o Experienced developing and managing project schedules from the design phase through implementation; and communicating project status to ensure milestones are met.
o Skilled with coordinating with task, subtask, and project teams and stakeholders.
o Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies o Clearance Required:
TS/SCI Preferred
Qualifications:
o Experience using project/task tracking tools in Teams/O365 environment o Familiarity with task orders and staffing amendments o Familiarity with collecting and providing performance metrics and/or summaries o Familiarity with developing work breakdown structures o Familiarity with Agile methods Peraton Overview Peraton drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy.

Target Salary Range $86,000 - $138,000.
This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
