Mission Focus:
This program will provide support to maintain a responsive, flexible capability for rapid prototyping of data analytic solutions and capabilities (data integration, analysis, visualization, etc.
) in support of national security mission requirements.
This team will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to assure national security missions to continuously and rapidly prototype advanced data analytic capabilities to warfighters, as a service.

Belvoir, VA with time spent at NT Concepts HQ in Tyson's Corner, VA.
Some telework may be an option.
Responsibilities:
Support rapid prototyping leads and provide direction to software development teams with architecture designs and prototype solutionsContribute to software development solutions-oriented, agile scrum teams designing and developing custom applications and components to support innovative data analytic capabilities.
Application design, development, testing, integration, and transition to productionEnabling the DTRA mission through the development of applications from SharePoint-based to advanced data analytics leveraging AI/ML (future and with Data Science assistance)Work with stakeholders and end users to gather, develop and document requirements and manage them to executionEnsure effective communication with Government Product Managers and NT Concepts data science teams to enable quality performance, transparency, and accountability.
Provide technical mentoring to junior staff members on the teamEnsure end customers (Combatant Commands, Military Services (Army, Navy, Air Force, etc.
), and Special Operation Force (SOF) are satisfied with delivered prototypesRequired
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or a related field with 10
years of experienceExpert knowledge of software engineering with an emphasis on data visualization and supervised/unsupervised machine learning, Agile software development practicesExperience with automated workflow design for intelligence feed exploitation I support of tipping and queuing, fusion, targeting, and/or related analytic functionsExposure to DoD data analytic needs and associated tactical programsWorking with and managing data science activities on rapid prototyping teamsData Science experience within DOD with a preference for DTRA.
Experience as a consumer of all-source intelligence data, especially both national and tactical technical intelligence feeds, including an understanding of the sources of collection and processing error and limitations of the feedsPrior experience with DoD clients and methodological experience in some of the following areasRelationships and discovery (correlating, enriching, and prioritizing target data)Situational awareness (unifying data into a single context, allowing the current situation to be accurately and quickly understood)Pattern recognition and anomaly detection, especially related to Significant Activities (SIGACTS) and SIGINT selector activityGeospatial analysis and visualization of dataLeveraging APIs and backends to process intelligence feeds through automated meansExperience with analyzing data across platforms from SharePoint & Desktop Python to Cloud-based to include CI/CD pipelinesAbility to travel overseas in support of the DTRA mission as requiredStrong written and verbal communication skillsU.

Qualifications:
Understanding and experience working within the DTRA Research DirectorateExposure to the following toolsets:
Sharepoint, Testflight, Attack the Network Toolsuite (ANTS), Voltron, JEMA, Catapult, Skope toolkit, ArcGIS, Analyst Notebook, CIDNE, SIGINT-specific toolsDevelopment experience on platforms across DoD and Intel (eg AWS, C2S, JCF, DI2E)Understanding of Combatant Commands, Military Services (Army, Navy, Air Force, etc.
), and Special Operation Force (SOF) mission sets as they relate to countering weapons of mass destruction/ counter proliferationThorough understanding of the SDLCWorking experience within cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) environments.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
