Overview:
LMI is seeking a Full Stack Engineer with strong development experience to be part of a team that is designing and developing complex, enterprise level information systems that will shape the future of how the Army procures technology.
It is anticipated that the majority of the duties for this position will be remote.
However, applicants may be required to occasionally report to Ft.
Belvoir, VA or the Pentagon for client interactions.
Preferred candidates will be located in the Washington DC metro area.

Responsibilities:
The ideal Full Stack Engineer will work alongside other engineers and designers to design, develop, and deploy solutions across the full architecture, including infrastructure, data, applications, security, and user experience.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work with technologies across an entire application solution architecture and the ability to lead technical teams.
Complete all steps in the product-design process from conceptualization, detailed user interface, functional design, through implementation and usability review using an agile methodology Develop conceptual models, workflows, design prototypes, and user-interface specifications Facilitate the development of solution architectures, from the schema and infrastructure to the complete user interface Develop Representational State Transfer (REST) APIs to provide integrated solutions Drive enhancements throughout the full life cycle from concept to final implementation Apply DevOps principles to continuously deliver high-quality software and shorten the software development lifecycle Assist in the creation and upkeep of application best practices; and Ensure user-interface guidelines and standards are followed during the development and maintenance of the product Conduct or participate in product usability tests Communicate and work effectively with cross-functional team members
Qualifications:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Active Secret Clearance required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, technology, math or related technical field 4
years of experience engineering comprehensive software or application solutions Experience working across the full architecture for web-based applications Experience with relational databases (eg, Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL) and NoSQL databases (eg, MongoDB) Experience working with one or more of the following languages:
Java, Python, Scala, Go or JavaScript Experience with cloud services and specifically AWS; and cloud-based services such as Databricks and EMR; and experience with AWS long-term storage options Experience with network attached storage (NAS) Ability to create and maintain automated deployment scripts Hands on experience with version control systems, preferably Git Test-driven development on top of a secure on-premise cluster using the most efficient languages for the task, such as NiFi, Java, Python and/or SQL Hands on knowledge of database architecture, performance design methodologies, and ability to make and implement system tuning recommendations, including Hadoop Hive, Apache NiFi, and Impala PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
Agile, Lean, DevOps, Cloud, Security
or other professional certification Familiarity with DoD IT standards and federal security standards strongly desired Hands-on experience using agile software development methodologies Ability to manipulate and analyze data Strong communication skills and the ability to work well on a cross-functional agile team Experience working in a consultant/client environment.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
