Providing expertise in adult learning practices and methods to develop and enhance instructional curriculum for instructor-led, web-based, performance-support, distributed learning, or any blend of these delivery methods.
Researching and identifying high-quality learning solutions within academic, industry, and government organizations which can be leveraged to address organizational learning needs.
Must Have:
MUST HAVE a Current and Active Top Secret SCI with CI Polygraph, as the customer is NOT sponsoring clearances.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
Five or more years of experience in an educational, corporate training, or professional services environment.
Experience in the design, development, and evaluation of course materials for classroom and e-Learning environments.
Demonstrated writing, editing, proofreading, and formatting of customer-ready materials.
Ability to develop a basic subject-matter understanding through materials provided and ability to perform individual research/collaboration with course/content stakeholders.
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Strong interpersonal skills; able to work in a team environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
Experience in developing and maintaining eLearning educational products using Articulate Storyline software tools.
Ability to develop and maintain content to be hosted on learning management systems (Blackboard) or content management systems (SharePoint) as required.
Nice to Have:
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Systems Design (ISD), Education Technology, or related area from an accredited academic institution.
Experience with adult learning theory and student-centered pedagogy.
Demonstrated writing, editing, proofreading, and formatting of customer-ready materials.
Experience and/or familiarity with e-Learning standards, to include SCORM and Section 508 requirements, web usability standards and practices, and evaluation models to include Kirkpatrick.
Familiarity with the Intelligence Community and/or NGA.
Blackboard Certified Trainer Program.
Teaching and Learning Online Certification Series.
Teaching and Learning Online Advanced Certification Series and Administrator Certifications.
Articulate Storyline Certification.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
