NTT DATA is looking for a Senior Program Manager in Ft.
Belvoir, VA to lead a critical client program to develop the capability to modernize applications and migrate them into the commercial cloud using client's services.
As part of this program, the Client requires that a thorough assessment is conducted of the composition of each of the applications to determine the proper modernization and migration methods needed to host the application in the commercial cloud.
Once the assessment is completed, applications will be modernized as required and deployed to the appropriate impact level (IL, 2,3, 4 or 6) cloud environment.

137031Position's General Duties and TasksIn the role of Program Manager in Ft.
Belvoir, VA, you will lead the management, direction, administration, quality assurance and leadership of the Client's Cloud Assessment Modernization and Migration program.
You will define program level resource plans and effectively on-board resources to the program.
You will direct the efforts of others and provide oversight into all aspects of program delivery at both the strategic and operational levels.
You will perform cost modeling, program cost forecasting, and variance management with both NTT and client leadership.
You will define NTT DATA business objectives for the program and assist the client in the preparations and definition of their business objectives.
You will be involved in making complex decisions for the program and the client.
As the Program Manager you will also serve as the single point of contact, and will be the authorized interface, to the government client's Contracts Officer (CO), Contracts Officer Representative (COR) and the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC).
As part of your duties you will be available to plan, direct, communicate, and control the overall management and operational functions during normal hours of operating and during periods of no-notice emergencies.

Qualifications:
Recognized Project Management Certification such as PMI PMPCurrently active Secret security clearance (or higher)Minimum of 12 years of experience with managing and leading a large enterprise IT organization at the national scale ($450m
in TCV)Five years' experience supporting DoD or Army clients in a management or leadership roleRecognized Agile (ie, SAFe, SCRU, Kanban) certified professionalPreferred
Qualifications:
Recognized Program Management certification such as PMI PMPWorking knowledge of ITIL v4 practices and certification ITIL v3 or higherDemonstrated experience working in a DevSecOps environmentDemonstrated experience with Risk ManagementExpert knowledge of the program management frameworks, tailoring approaches and implementing essential activitiesExperience with performance-based management, manpower utilization, and supervision of employees (including subcontractors) on projects like the requirements of the TOExperience in managing and overseeing the performance of large teams working in remote locations and in multiple time zonesExperience in managing integration across cross-functional technical teamsAbility to make program, business, and process changes; verifying performance improvements through metricsExpertise in managing against service levels and taking action to meet or exceed each parameterDemonstrated experience in achieving excellent quality assurance goalsDemonstrated written and verbal communication skills presenting material to senior Government officialsAbility to organize, direct, and manage operation support functions involving multiple complex and inter - related projects and / or tasks.
Experience managing IT contract personnel at multiple technical domains and locations.
Demonstrated relevant IT project management experience, including having oversight of multiple simultaneous projectsExperience maintaining and managing client relationships at the executive levelExperience ensuring conformance with program task schedules, deliverables, and cost.
Strong communication skills-verbal, written, listening, and presentation.
Expert knowledge in scheduling resources appropriately against contract and government directed prioritiesDemonstrated experience with public, private and/or hybrid cloud environmentsExceptional written, oral, and presentation skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
