ResponsibilitiesNCI:
As Program Manager, you will provide day-to-day oversight and direct daily activities for the task order providing Cybersecurity Support to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and DCS G6 Office located in Ft.
Belvoir, VA.
This task order is to assist the Office of the CIO and DCS G6 to implement secure solutions to protect its networks, provide warfighters and Army leaders with the right information.
Additionally to ensure availability, authentication, integrity, non-repudiation, and confidentiality, to support the CIO and GCS G6's goal to improve the network defense posture.
In assuming this position, you will be a critical contributor to meeting NCI's mission:

Responsibilities:
Assist the Government in synchronizing requirements throughout the life cycle of the projectDevelop and maintain the Project Management Plan and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using Microsoft Project using the Government provided validation/review schedule as a referenceAccountable for the quality and delivery of all project products, services, and deliverablesIdentify any potential changes needed in the project cost, schedule, or performance, and recommend methods for implementing changeExecute daily reports and IPRsResponsible for the P&L of overall task orderKeep the COR apprised of all personnel whereabouts when in a temporary duty (TDY) location, when necessaryProvide ICAM/Public Key Infrastructure Policy and OversightSupport the Authorization Official (AO) appointment process for the Army CIOSupport the modernization to COMSEC componentsEnsure all deliverables are submitted on time, within budget, and of the highest qualityEstablish and maintain communications with all applicable stakeholdersManage the day-to-day operations of assigned project and direct task executionPerform reviews on accreditation packages before delivered to the GovernmentAssesses DoD Information Systems against the RMF security controls (IAW) Department of Defense (DoD) Instructions 8500.

01, NIST SP 800-37, 800-53, and 800-53A, Army Regulation 25-1 and 25 2, US Army Best Business Practices (BBPs) and applicable NETCOM Tactics, Techniques & Procedures (TTPs)Identifies mitigating factors for identified risks and proposes additional mitigation strategies for identified vulnerabilitiesEvaluates a wide array of IT devices for Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) compliance using ACAS/ Nessus, SCAP Compliance Checker, and manual checklist reviews.
This includes Windows, Solaris, and Red Hat Linux servers and desktops, routers, switches, firewalls, IDS, etc.
QualificationsRequirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field OR at least 10 years of Cybersecurity experience AND 5 years project management experience.
10-15 years of related experience in the fields of security engineering, cyber security, and project managementDoD-D 8140.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
