We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to support a client based at Fort Belvoir, VA. Currently, all work is full-time teleworking with office visits as needed. Post-COVID restrictions, and in support of client requirements, onsite operations will resume in a hybrid-teleworking framework. This position requires an active DoD Secret Clearance. Responsibilities This technical architect will work as part of a senior technical team of advisors that are supporting the Global Force Integration Management (GFIM) and ATEC Integrated Mission Management System (AIMMS) competitive acquistion OTAs for the Department of the Army. Responsibilities include:
Engage technical and functional program SMEs, and key Army stakeholders to understand business processes, capability requirements, cyber security considerations, cloud migration practices, and other technical recommendations as needed. Support project management over cloud services activities to ensure timely delivery in a reactive and agile environment. Define and develop life-cycle management techniques utilizing DevSecOps best practices within a controlled GovCloud environment. Understand and implement RMF controls related to DoD GovCloud within classified and unclassified environments. Research, analyze, and document various technical approaches (including implementation, benefits, and outcomes). Strong background in developing in structured environments that conform to Agile methodologies. Deep understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery strategies on enterprise level environments. Develop briefing packages to communicate complex ideas to non-technical customers Propose alternative designs and processes to manage various types of data using both standard and custom tables and fields. Understand technical architecture designs including software and hardware solutions. Able to implement, review, and analyze documented policies and procedures in support of DoD requirements and risk assessment. Travel:
Minimal, less than 10% Qualifications Required:
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in data science, mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, engineering, or other related business or quantitative discipline DoD Secret clearance required. Must have at a minimum, an Interim Secret Clearance. 7
years of related experience in the field is required. Experience working in AWS and Azure Cloud. Must currently have, or be able to obtain, the DoD approved 8570 Baseline Certification Experience developing and implementing application testing and auditing within a DevSecOps environment using JIRA, GitLab, and SonarCube. Innovative problem solving and root cause identification skills. Superior communication skills, both oral and written. Strong understanding in NIST controls and associated Impact Levels within DoD regulations. Able to work effectively at all levels of an organization. Must be a team oriented and able to work with and through others. Ability to influence and align others and move toward a common vision or goal. Desired:
Master's degree in data science, mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, engineering, or other related business or quantitative discipline Experience working in AWS/Azure GovCloud IL5/IL6 Security
or related certifications. Experience with U.S. Army enterprise data. #LI-SH1.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Systems Architecture & EngineeringEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
