Cloud Financial Analyst - Clearance Required

Overview:
LMI is seeking a Cloud Financial Analyst that will support a large Defense Business Systems program office for an Army client.
The Cloud Financial Analyst will work with Government Leads, solution architects, engineers and other analysts to design and implement a cloud financial model to increase cost transparency and understanding across the enterprise.
Work location is client site, Fort Belvoir, VA.
Note:
Telework is acceptable under current government directed COVID measures.
Upon amendment of those measures, liberal telework will be acceptable with occasional requirements to visit client offices at Fort Belvoir, Virginia.
Responsibilities:
Build detailed financial models to project the long-term, complete impact of cloud modernization and cloud usage on the organizations budget and operationsWork with the business management division and technical leads to determine the budget and cost of ownership aspects of IT strategy and architectural decisionsProduce reports related to cloud costs and transactional costs for ARDAP projects for leadership.
Advise ARDAP on Technology Business Management (TBM) best practices.
Design modifications to the ARDAP Cloud model to support TBM or other frameworks to increase transparency for stakeholders regarding cost and usage.
Educate ARDAP personnel on cloud frameworks and models.
Provide briefings to stakeholders, both technical and functional, regarding cloud cost impacts.
Advise technical and develop teams on financial benefits and risks of varying cloud models.
Report on cloud project success criteria including cost, usage, and other identified metrics.
Prepare cloud cost estimates for all phases of projectsParticipate in feasibility studies, vendor selections and cost evaluations for cloud projects.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Information Technology, Data Science, Computer Science or related fieldMinimum 5-years experience in financial analysis or IT analysisKnowledge and understanding of the Technology Business Management (TBM) frameworkCTBME Certified, or ability to obtain CTBME certification within 45 days of assuming role.
Experience with building government financial models and understanding of government budget process.
Experience working with IT Financial Management system implementation team, such as Apptio and / or ServiceNowExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to compose, write and edit a variety of general business correspondence, management reports.
Experience with commercial or government cloud financial analysis tools (Amazon Web Services (AWS) preferred)Experience with AWS dashboard tools or other cloud dashboardsActive Secret Clearance.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in a management, business, economics, engineering, quantitative/qualitative analysis, IT or related field.
ITIL CertificationServiceNow Certifications or knowledge.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
