(This is the bonus stuff that makes you stand out) You can contributes to the design, set up and maintenance of internal/external supporting websites and portals used for explicit and tacit knowledge exchange You can provide guidance to Lessons Learned Teams responsible for identifying and capturing best practice information for inclusion into KM systems What your day will look like:
You'll coach and champion online communities of practice, mentors, topic leaders, and coaches across the initial entry training community You'll implement strategies to effectively use and share explicit and tacit knowledge You'll monitor and maintain processes for identifying and supporting Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), mentors, and coaches You'll facilitate the sharing of best business practices across the enterprise
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Government & MilitaryEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
